Older Adult Fitness
ages 55+
For those who refuse to accept an inactive lifestyle because of their age. With smart and focused exercise programming tailored to the older adult, they don't have to. In addition to developing strength and conditioning, this program aims to improve balance and coordination. These exercises enhance clients' activities of daily living and aid in fall prevention.
Special Populations Fitness
All ages
Fitness can drastically change the lives of individuals living with a variety of different needs, including people with autism spectrum disorder. Combining mobility strength training with sensory-based movements can help improve motor skills, body awareness, and behavior regulation. Specialized fitness is also available for those who are battling Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, and other health challenges. Having the ability to work at an individual's home eliminates the need to transition clients out of comfortable, safe environments.
General Fitness
all ages
For those who want to move better, feel better, and be stronger. Includes functional training using a combination of strength development, cardio conditioning, and mobility. Everyone’s body tells a different story. I meet my client’s where they are starting from, taking into account their history, preferences and where they want to take their fitness. I focus on meeting my clients' individual fitness goals in an engaging and sustainable way.
The Sustainable Approach
Fitness is more than just aesthetics, and my goal is for you to be able to apply the exercises from your sessions in your daily activities. Without realizing it you will start picking things up from the floor while holding proper form, or subconsciously activate your core when sitting. Those small impacts go a long way, and that is what the sustainable approach is all about.
