The Sustainable Approach

The sustainable approach is at the core of my teaching. Fitness is more than just aesthetics, and my goal is for you to be able to apply the exercises from your sessions in your daily activities. Without realizing it you will start picking things up from the floor while holding proper form, or subconsciously activate your core when sitting. Those small impacts go a long way, and that is what the sustainable approach is all about.

Clients may cancel 24 hours before a session, and may reschedule for whenever its convenient for them.

You may cancel your program at any time to no longer receive training.
